About Us

Our Commitment

Thinking back to childhood, one of our favourite past times was playing baseball in the backyard of our family home with siblings and neighbourhood kids. Our crab apple tree, a landmark of its own at one time, produced some of the best "baseballs" that one could ask for. Who could have imagined that all these years later, we would find ourselves exploring the science and craftsmanship of apple cider?

Like many new ventures, our journey started with an idea to revitalize old farmland and many unknowns. Our newfound passion and focus on quality, drives us to improve our art and craft Cape Bretons' finest ciders.
